The dowel is a sheath in which the screw rotates. It is a plastic part used especially for multi-hole, easily dispersible walls and for mounting heavy materials to the wall. There are threads inside the dowel for the screw to move easily. On the outside, there are thorn-like hooks that prevent the dowel from being pulled out.
